Join us for a week of training and relaxation at the beautiful medieval village of Roqubrune-cap-Martin overlooking the French Riviera, near to Nice in southern France.
Conquer some of the local iconic climbs by bike, Col d’Eze, Col de la Madone. Gain some early open water swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Develop your running with our natural running coach or simply enjoy the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks as you run along the coastal path.
As well as the opportunities to train in a beautiful part of the world, there will also be plenty of opportunity to rest and enjoy the spectacular surroundings. Explore the medieval village and surrounding mountains by foot. Immerse yourself in the history of the fort around which the village grew, or the fortified positions that formed part of the Maginot Line, built to deter German invasion in the lead up to the Second World War. Or simply just chill out on the roof top patio and stock up on vitamin D.
You will stay in the beautiful medieval villa, pictured. Sample the local food, with carefully selected cafe stops during the rides.
